3. Structure and function of the machine:
The machine build up by line release section, soften section, dry
up section, distributing section, tinning section, leading section
reeling section ,and electric control section.
1. Line release section.
This section includes line release device, line release pilot wheel
Function of the line release pilot wheel is to transfer the drive
force. There is a protective ring under the wheel to prevent copper
line become loose during releasing.
2 .Anneal furnace: It is a 40 unit tube type furnace, using high
density silicate board, silicate asbestos as the heat preservation
layer, eletric heating tube, 2 step temperature control, K type
thermocouple sensor. Digital thermometer to control the
temperature, has the characteristic of fast heat-up, good heat
preservation, even temperature in the furnace and easy control etc.

Furnace tube dimension: Φ16×2 – 7100mm 40 units
Power of the electric heating tube: 1.1KW/unit 30 units
Temperature control range: 0~600°C
3 Water seal flume: The Water seal flume is made of stainless
steel, fill up the flume with less ion water while working,
function of the flume is: 1.seal up, to prevent air enter the
furnace tube; 2. cool down the copper line. The water quality in
the flume will directly affect the tinning quality, impurity in the
water will dirty the copper line, especially the grease will stick
on the surface of copper line and affecting the evenly tinning
4. Dry up section:
(1) If the copper line enter the tinning flume with water will
cause splashing which could lower the tinning quality, so the
copper line coming out from the anneal furnace must be fully dried
before tinning, The function of this section is to dry up the
copper line. It includes high capacity blower and heating oven.
(2) High capacity blower: 1.5kw high pressure worm wheel blower.
(3) Oven: 15 pieces 600W electric heating tube, two up lift door
type, heat insulation design, easy to wear the line.
5 Tinning section:
(1) The tinning flume is founded by HT250 completely.
(2) Each tinning flume has 18 pieces electric heating tube, each

thermometer auto control temperature, independent temperature
control of each tin flume.
6 Wire leading section:
(1) The leading device has drawing roller, line in pilot wheel
group, frame and drive motor, the function is to lead copper line
to finish soften and tinning process on a steady technique speed.
(2) Transducer or shift speed motor can achieve step less control
of the leading speed, this speed is the working line speed.
(3) For easy inserting the line, the device is designed as a double
side, maximum leading speed is 300m/min
7 Reeling section:
(1) This reeling device is build up with single reeling shaft, line
lasying device, frame etc, to achieve different line diameter
product requirement, the main reeling motor is a double speed
(2) Reeling shaft have top and bottom two layers, left and right
two sides, each side 20 shaft two layers, total 40 pieces shafts.
(3) Reeling motor: 1.2-1.5 N ·m torque motor
(4) Tension force Adjust mode: Using total tension force adjust and
precision tension force adjust two step control, each side set up
one group for total tension adjust, 2 group; each shaft set up one
group for precision tension adjust, total 40 group.
